How to make the perfect hot chocolate

 

I discovered the delicate flavour of a real cup of hot chocolate when I was in Colombia.

When visiting cacao farms I was always welcomed with a cup of hot chocolate - and always left with a bag of avocados, mandarins or oranges - all home-grown.

 

As our beans are sourced directly from Colombia you too can enjoy it as the Colombians do.

 

 

Can't drink milk...

 

My mum doesn't drink milk and instead makes her cup of hot chocolate with hot water. The cacao butter gives it a thick creaminess and makes it a beautiful rich alternative to a milk based hot chocolate.
